"They are constantly asking you to look at your practice. They are constantly asking you to look at where your next steps are, where you are going with that student. It informs your planning. It informs… it’s really informative assessment. It asks you to think ‘well what am I going to do to make the next step happen for that young person’. And that reflective process is fantastically beneficial as a teacher, for the teacher and for the learner."
